Yellow Food Coloring

Instructions
Crush cookies in a food processor. Add cream cheese and
4-6 drops of lemon flavoring to cookies in the food
processor and mix well. Chill for two hours.
Roll dough into small balls.
Melt white chocolate and add 12-14 drops of yellow food
coloring. Dip lemon balls in chocolate and chill.
