Lemon Chalet Crème Delight

  Ingredient                                        Quantity  Comments

  Lemon Chalet Cremes                                  1  Box, reserving 6 for topping

  Butter                                                               1  Stick

  Instant Lemon Pudding                                  2  3.4 oz boxes

  Milk                                                                  2  cups, cold

  Cool Whip                                                       1  lg container

  Lemon Flavoring                                            2  tsp

  Utensils                  9x13 baking dish, nonstick cooking spray

Instructions         

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly spray a 9X13 baking

pan.  First you will need to crush the Lemon Chalet Crème

Girl Scout Cookies up.  Prepare your baking pan by placing

 the stick of butter in the baking pan and place it in the

oven until the butter is melted.  Then add your Lemon

Chalet Crème Girl Scout Cookies to the melted butter.  Mix

 until well blended making sure the pan is covered

thoroughly.  Bake for 10 minutes.  Remove from the oven

and allow to cool for about 30 minutes.  To prepare the

filling, start by mixing the two boxes of pudding with the

two cups of milk. Then add the cool whip and the two

teaspoons of flavoring.  Mix until well blended.  Pour onto

the cooled crust. Crush the six remaining cookies up to

sprinkle on the top of the filling.  Refrigerate for 30

minutes.  Serve and enjoy!!
